Calvin Lynch handles matters related to corporate tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and dissolution, and tax controversy. He has experience with providing tax solutions to partnerships, corporations, and individuals. He represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service, Missouri Department of Revenue, and the Illinois Department of Revenue.
Before joining Greensfelder, Calvin served as an associate at a law firm in St. Louis where he worked on tax controversy-related matters.
During law school, Calvin was a member of the Tax and Transactional Law Society and served as an Assistant Managing Editor of the Journal of Dispute Resolution. After receiving his law degree, he attended Northwestern Pritzker School of Law to complete his LL.M. in Taxation. Before attending law school, Calvin was a congressional intern in the U.S. House of Representatives.
