Tali Katz represents businesses in a variety of commercial disputes, drawing on her experience in the courtroom and all phases of litigation. With a background in civil and criminal litigation, Tali has defended clients in toxic tort, medical malpractice and premises and products liability cases, as well as other business litigation matters. Her experience in depositions, research and trial preparation allows her to address clients’ challenges with a big-picture view toward their strategic business goals.

Tali previously worked for the Office of the District Attorney General in Nashville, Tennessee, where her roles included leading a domestic violence prosecution team. She served as counsel on six felony jury trials and prosecuted dozens of domestic violence cases every week, while also training and supervising other assistant district attorneys.
