Tali Katz represents businesses in a variety of commercial disputes, drawing on her experience in both civil and criminal litigation. A former prosecutor, Tali now focuses primarily on corporate defense work including representing energy, financial service, and healthcare companies, as well as closely held businesses and franchises, in complex commercial disputes. Her experience with depositions, research, and trial preparation allows her to address clients’ challenges with a big-picture view toward their strategic business goals.

Tali previously worked for the Office of the District Attorney General in Nashville, Tennessee, where she led the domestic violence prosecution team.
