Profile
Tali Katz represents businesses in a variety of commercial disputes, drawing on her experience in both civil and criminal litigation. A former prosecutor, Tali now focuses primarily on corporate defense work including representing a major energy company in a contract dispute. Her experience with depositions, research, and trial preparation allows her to address clients’ challenges with a big-picture view toward their strategic business goals.
Tali previously worked for the Office of the District Attorney General in Nashville, Tennessee, where she led the domestic violence prosecution team. She served as counsel on six felony jury trials and prosecuted dozens of domestic violence cases every week. Tali continues to represent domestic violence victims by handling cases pro bono for Legal Services of Eastern Missouri.
