Lauren Surdyke focuses her practice on estate planning, with an emphasis on high-net-worth families, charitable planning, complex family dynamics, and business succession. Considering the facts and relevant laws for each client’s situation, she works to help families and individuals protect their wealth, minimize tax impact, and secure their futures. She also counsels clients on trust administration, assists with preparation of estate and gift tax returns, and works with nonprofit organizations on applications for recognition of tax exemption, board management, and contract matters.

In addition to her estate and tax planning work, Lauren has counseled a variety of business clients on entity formation, contract negotiation, and other business matters. Her previous experience includes working at a large financial services firm, where she reviewed high-net-worth estate plans and assisted with strategies to maximize wealth.
