Profile
Jared Hedman has a broad base of experience in intellectual property litigation and transactions involving patent, copyright, trademark, trade secrets and breach of contract matters. He also handles commercial transactions and has prior experience with corporate capital projects. Jared has participated in multiple trials and arbitrations in federal venues throughout the country, including the International Trade Commission, and obtained favorable results for clients in a wide range of industries.
Jared’s engineering technology degree and pre-law background enable him to provide clients with practical and actionable advice on complex technical matters. For example, he has represented clients in technological areas including medical, dental, and surgical devices; telecommunications, smart-phones, and PDA communications systems; computer vision, processors, and memory; filtration systems; gaming; and numerous others.
In addition to Jared’s extensive experience in IP law, his background includes corporate work as a consultant to major companies in the food, beverage, personal care and distribution industries. That provides him with valuable perspectives on business and management issues.
