Hunt Rouse represents clients in real estate legal matters, assisting in transactions ranging from commercial purchase and sale agreements to multi-state development deals. His work includes matters related to acquisition, development, disposition, financing, leasing and land use.
During law school, Hunt worked as a summer associate at Greensfelder and as an intern at the Fayette County Attorney's Office in Lexington, Kentucky. He also served in the Entrepreneurs Clinic at Washington University School of Law, assisting entrepreneurs in starting and operating businesses.
Hunt previously founded and operated a small food company selling beer cheese, where he handled quality control, sales agreements, online sales and other aspects of running a business. He also interned at a commercial real estate company, providing him with an inside perspective on the industry.
