Frank Sanfilippo’s acumen in strategic planning, execution, leading change and building high-performance teams informs his role as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. His experience includes combining tactical financial expertise with strong operations knowledge.
His responsibilities as CFO include financial planning, forecasting and reporting activities; oversight of all accounting processes; and supervision of the accounting and finance managers.
Frank was formerly CFO and vice president at Lindenwood University, where he led all fiscal affairs of the university. He has also served as a high-level financial executive, including positions as COO and CFO, at both public and private financial services companies. He received a degree in accountancy from the University of Missouri and was licensed as a certified public accountant, gaining his experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
