Elizabeth Sinclair Pompliano assists businesses with a variety of corporate transactions, drafting agreements and providing counsel related to contracts, entity formation and dissolution, due diligence investigations and other business matters. Liz brings a problem-solving and disciplined approach to complex legal issues, supported by her understanding of accounting and other business administrative matters.
During law school, Liz worked for Greensfelder as a summer associate in 2015 and 2016, assisting with general corporate and transactional work. She also worked as a research assistant for Professor Hillary A. Sale, who is a Member of the FINRA Board of Governors and the Nomination and Governance and Regulatory Policy Committees. While researching for Professor Sale, Liz analyzed market efficiency and price impact trends in securities litigation and explored the relationship between the disclosures required under securities laws and the fiduciary duties of directors. Liz draws on knowledge gained from her accounting degree and from seeing her family’s business transition from generation to generation.
