Dee Harleston assists organizations, including hospital systems and other health care providers, with corporate and regulatory matters. His practice includes ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, drafting and reviewing agreements, and all aspects of health care transactions.
His prior in-house experience at several large health care systems provides him with an insider’s perspective and allows him to tailor his advice for both legal and administrative issues. Additionally, Dee’s dual degree in law and public health gives him a well-rounded and sophisticated understanding of how these areas intersect in the real world.
Dee joined Greensfelder in 2018 as the firm’s first Diversity Fellow, where he gained both in-house and outside counsel experience. Before law school, he worked for a top-ranked public relations firm in Nashville, helping business, government, and health care clients achieve their strategic goals. Dee also gained experience in state and congressional politics, where he worked on Medicaid expansion and telehealth issues.
