With a dual degree in law and public health, Dee Harleston assists physician practices, private equity funds, and hospitals and health care systems in transactional, regulatory, and general corporate matters. His practice includes ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, drafting and reviewing agreements, and all aspects of health care transactions. His prior in-house experience at several large health care systems provides him with an insider’s business perspective and allows him to tailor his advice for both legal and administrative issues.

Dee also assists businesses in general corporate and diverse supplier certification matters. He is one of the original founders of the firm’s Diverse Supplier Certification Program, and has helped clients navigate the certification process on the state and federal level. He regularly counsels clients on the certification process and provides planning and strategy sessions, general corporate review, drafting and revisions to corporate documents, and site visit preparation.
