In assisting clients with estate planning issues, Andy Wolkiewicz draws on a strong base of tax knowledge as well as courtroom experience. With an LL.M. in taxation from Washington University School of Law, he applies an extensive understanding of tax considerations to his work on behalf of individual, family and business clients. By taking into account each scenario and the applicable laws, he works to help minimize tax impact and ensure clients understand the options available to them.

Andy also has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts. Before joining the firm, he was a litigation associate at two law firms in St. Louis and Belleville, Illinois, where he gained trial and discovery experience, particularly in personal injury disputes.
