Andy Wolkiewicz delights in giving his clients the safety and security that comes through a comprehensive estate plan and, wherever possible, saving them money in estate or income taxes. Andy is known for his empathetic listening and his ability to solve problems that matter most in each stage of a client’s life. In his work, Andy leverages his deep subject matter expertise and LL.M. in taxation from Washington University School of Law, to counsel individuals, families and businesses. By considering the facts of each scenario and the applicable laws, he works to help minimize tax impact and ensure clients understand the options available to them.

As a former litigator, Andy Wolkiewicz draws on a strong base of courtroom experience and balances the technical and emotional impact of the law in protecting client assets and preserving family legacies. Before joining the firm, he was a litigation associate at two law firms in St. Louis and Belleville, Illinois, where he gained trial and discovery experience.

Licensed in Illinois and Missouri, his services include:

  • Drafting trusts (revocable and irrevocable), wills and powers of attorney for financial and health care matters
  • Tax planning for estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes, and federal and state income taxes
