Greensfelder is recognized for its client service in the prestigious BTI Client Service A-Team report for 2023.
The BTI Consulting Group conducts independent research on the criteria and methods clients use to choose and assess professional services providers such as law firms. Through interviews with 350 corporate counsel, BTI compiled the Client Service A-Team list, which consists of law firms clients consider to provide the highest level of service. The study assesses aspects of service including value, comprehension of the client’s business, legal skills, communication and innovation.
