Paul Woody takes leadership role in ABA Forum on Franchising
Paul Woody, an attorney in Greensfelder’s Franchising & Distribution group, has been named to the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising Marketing Committee.
In this new role, Woody will work to raise awareness of Forum on Franchising events and initiatives. The organization provides educational programming and publications on the legal aspects of franchising and is the preeminent forum for the study and discussion of franchise law issues.
Woody joins other Greensfelder attorneys with prominent roles in the Forum on Franchising. Currently, Beata Krakus serves on the Forum’s Governing Committee, and Dawn Johnson is an associate editor for the Forum publication The Franchise Lawyer.
In addition to his practice at Greensfelder, Woody is a Certified Franchise Executive and an adjunct professor at Saint Louis University School of Law, where he teaches franchise law. He is a longtime member of the Forum on Franchising and a chapter author of the Forum’s Franchise Deskbook publication.
