Matthew Cohn selected as programs vice chair for ABA environmental committee
Greensfelder Officer Matthew Cohn has been appointed as programs vice chair for the Environmental Transactions and Brownfields Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER).
In his one-year appointment to the role, Cohn will lead the development of virtual learning programs and help guide planning for session topics at SEER conferences. SEER provides its members with opportunities to enhance their professional skills, learn about new developments, and discuss aspects of environmental, energy, and natural resources law.
Cohn is based in Greensfelder’s Chicago office. His practice focuses on all aspects of environmental law, including litigation, environmental due diligence and counseling on regulatory compliance. He previously spent several years as a hydrogeologist for a global environmental engineering and consulting firm.
