September 1, 2020

Greensfelder attorney Kelsey McGonigle has been named to the board of directors for the St. Louis chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).

McGonigle is a member of Greensfelder’s Business Services practice group, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions in the middle market space. She serves on the Emerging Leaders Committee for ACG St. Louis and completed the STL Emerging 20 Leadership Program. She is also a member of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors.

As McGonigle’s role on the board begins, fellow Greensfelder attorney and ACG member Patrick Sweeney concludes his five years of service on the board. Sweeney, an officer in Greensfelder’s Business Services group and co-leader of the firm’s Closely Held Business/Private Client industry team, has also served on the chapter’s Membership Committee.

ACG provides access to a global network of more than 15,000 members from all areas of middle-market M&A. The St. Louis chapter aims to provide businesses with knowledge, sources of capital and other resources, creating a climate where regional companies can thrive. Its 375 members include capital providers, investment banking executives, attorneys, and other advisory and service leaders.
