Greensfelder Recognized Among Top Firms for Client Service in BTI A-Team Report

Greensfelder is included among the top law firms for client service in the 2021 BTI Client Service A-Team report.

BTI Consulting Group conducts independent research on how clients select and evaluate professional services providers, including law firms. Its Client Service A-Team list includes law firms that clients say deliver the best levels of service, as determined through in-depth interviews with 350 corporate counsel. Firms included are those with client service in the top 25 percent of those representing the world’s largest clients.

With the pandemic affecting the needs of many legal decision-makers, new aspects reported as top client service activities over the past year were the ability to mobilize resources quickly, field the best team, and quickly assess a situation. “Client needs in 2021 are wider, require more rapid response, and many are new. And clients want law firms who know how to help — and act instead of asking what to do,” the BTI report noted.

Client experience is a key focus for Greensfelder, in accordance with the firm’s core values of providing quality, people-focused service with successful results. In 2020, the firm was included on BTI’s ranking of the nation’s “midsize heavyweight” law firms that “punch above their weight” and are trusted by clients for bringing the same level of confidence and reliability as larger firms.
