Greensfelder attorneys earn rankings in Chambers USA 2017
Chambers USA rankings for 2017 again place Greensfelder’s franchise law practice among the nation’s best, while the firm’s corporate M&A, employment, litigation and real estate practices also were recognized regionally. Chambers USA is an annual law firms ranking based on extensive research that includes client and attorney interviews.
Two Greensfelder officers were nationally recognized in franchise law: Leonard D. Vines and Beata Krakus. Vines is based in St. Louis and Krakus in the firm’s Chicago office. Overall, the franchise group was described as having significant knowledge of domestic and international franchise-related matters, with high-value service that is “very responsive, very helpful and very knowledgeable.”
Regionally, Chambers recognized Greensfelder as a top firm in the St. Louis area in corporate mergers and acquisitions, employment and labor law, general commercial litigation and real estate law. Greensfelder Officer David M. Harris was listed as a top litigator in the St. Louis area, and Officers Dennis G. Collins and Kevin T. McLaughlin were named among the top employment and labor attorneys.
Chambers’ notes specifically recognized the firm’s wide range of services and, in particular, its deep experience in the health care industry. The employment and labor group’s “significant bench of attorneys experienced in both traditional labor and employment law” was noted, and the litigation team was recognized for its excellent track record in representing “household names” across the country, including in the energy, health care and automotive industries. In the corporate practice area, Greensfelder was noted as “highly regarded for its service to clients in the M&A arena.”
