COVID-19 Business Operations Update From Greensfelder
As our clients and community partners continue to deal with the rapidly evolving circumstances of COVID-19, we wanted to provide some updates regarding business operations. Greensfelder remains open for business, although we have adjusted travel and event schedules as needed. Our business continuity plan and capabilities for remote work will allow us to continue providing our high standard of service throughout this global event.
Our legal professionals remain accessible to clients as always, and we want to assure that we will provide uninterrupted service during this time. Our capabilities that will help us live up to this expectation include:
Our attorneys have the capability to work from any location with an internet connection through secure private systems. All tools and systems are available via remote connections, and our IT department ensures that the same high level of protocols are in place and all employees are trained on security measures related to electronic information.
Video and Conference Calling
Our attorneys have conference call options available by phone and video to ensure that important meetings can take place in a secure environment. The firm uses several industry-standard secure teleconference/videoconference options. All of these options are fully functional when working internally or remotely. They provide for scaling from two-party meetings to 10+ party meetings when necessary. We have videoconference software that allows for screen-sharing to better collaborate with remote parties on documents.
As developments continue, we will be collecting information on a COVID-19 resources page on our website here.
Please reach out to your regular Greensfelder contacts with questions as we all navigate this unprecedented situation. We are here to help you.
