Chantal Fink Mehill selected as ABA Forum on Construction Law Diversity Fellow
Greensfelder attorney Chantal Fink Mehill has been selected to be a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law’s 2022 Diversity Fellowship class.
The ABA Forum on Construction Law has more than 6,000 members who represent all segments of the construction industry. The Diversity Fellowship program aims to draw diverse construction lawyers into the ranks of active, long-term forum members by identifying those who have demonstrated interest and are potential candidates for future forum leadership. Mehill was among six fellows selected for the three year fellowship.
Mehill is an officer in Greensfelder’s Construction industry group. She represents clients in a wide range of construction matters, including contract negotiations, early dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation and has represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and designers on a regional and national level. Mehill has experience in all phases of litigation and frequently performs pre-project risk review for client construction contracts.
