September 15, 2020

FOCUS St. Louis has selected Greensfelder’s Carmen White and Caroline Paillou to participate in two of its immersive leadership programs this fall.

FOCUS St. Louis produces experience-based leadership programs and civic issues education to help people better understand the St. Louis region and build their capacity for change.

White, who is Greensfelder’s Diversity & Inclusion Manager, is among 21 members of the 2020-21 class for Impact Fellows, now entering its fifth year. The Impact Fellows program is considered to be FOCUS’ most advanced program, providing participants “the opportunity to work together to address a specific issue in the St. Louis region through a rigorous racial equity and justice lens.” This year’s focus will be “St. Louis: The New Normal.” Read more about the program in the FOCUS press release.

Paillou, an attorney in Greensfelder’s Litigation Practice Group, is among the 32 talented young professionals selected for the fall 2020 Emerging Leaders program. Emerging Leaders aims to provide an increased sense of engagement in the region and tools to take an active role as the next generation of leadership. Launched in 2012, the program includes a group civic action project and other civic leadership development. Read more about the Emerging Leaders program in the FOCUS press release.
