Jill Luft, Kevin McLaughlin Named as BTI Client Service All-Stars
Greensfelder is pleased to announce that Jill Luft and Kevin McLaughlin have been named as 2023 BTI
Client Service All-Stars.
Celebrating its 22nd year in publication, the BTI Client Service All-Stars list is a standard used to help corporate counsel and law firms pinpoint attorneys renowned for exceptional client service. BTI compiles its list of All-Stars through interviews with more than 350 influential legal decision makers from large organizations. Fewer than 300 attorneys nationwide were recognized as BTI Client Service All-Stars for 2023.
McLaughlin is Greensfelder’s president and chief executive officer and represents clients in employment and labor matters. Luft is the Employment & Labor practice group leader and serves as assistant general counsel for the firm.
The BTI report noted that Luft’s “client-focused and collaborative approach is invaluable in achieving successful outcomes.” In its description of McLaughlin, the report noted he “deeply understands the details of [his clients’] cases, and provides targeted and effective guidance."
The firm also was listed on the BTI Client Service A-Team report earlier this year, as well as in 2022 and 2021, a testament to the continuing efforts of the Client Experience & Innovation team to inspire top-quality service.
