Greensfelder congratulates new officers Taylor Hall, Don McBride and David Simmons
Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. is pleased to announce the promotion of three associates to officer, effective Feb. 1: L. Taylor Hall, Donald D. McBride and David Simmons.
Hall serves the firm’s Business Services practice group. He is a cum laude law school graduate of Indiana University and received a bachelor’s degree from Truman State University. He was recognized in 2015 among the Best M&A Providers by St. Louis Small Business Monthly.
McBride serves the firm’s Securities & Financial Services industry group and the Litigation and Trusts & Estates practice groups. He is a cum laude graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law and has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Saint Louis University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He served for several years as a member of the Board of Directors for HavenHouse St. Louis.
Simmons serves the firm’s Litigation practice group, as well as the Energy; Securities & Financial Services; and Franchising & Distribution industry groups. He is a graduate of Washington University School of Law and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri. He is a volunteer for the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis Motion for Kids event and the Boy Scouts of America. He was recognized in the 2015 edition of Who’s Who Diversity in Color and received a Professional Mentorship Award in 2012 from the Washington University Black Law Students Association.
