Congratulations to Chalegne O'Brien, who closed a $13 million tax credit project

Chalegne O'Brien recently closed a $13 million New Market Tax Credit, Federal and State Tax Credit and Brownfield Tax Credit project through her representation of Better Family Life, Inc. for the Ralph Waldo Emerson Elementary Building located in the City of St. Louis. The building will be used to provide GED classes, skill-based job training, assistance programs, and a cultural center to express the history, art, culture and dance of peoples of Africa and the African Diaspora.

The project was made possible through collaboration with Smith NMTC Associates, LLC, Fifth Third Bank, Great Southern Bank, KAI Design & Build, and McCormack Baron Salazar.
