American College of Trust and Estate Counsel elects Jennifer Davis as fellow

Jennifer DavisJennifer Davis, leader of Greensfelder’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group, has been elected a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

ACTEC is a professional organization of about 2,600 lawyers who have demonstrated the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors. Those meeting the membership criteria are nominated by fellows of the college and reviewed by state and national membership selection committees prior to consideration by the regents of the college. Fellows are selected on the basis of experience, professional reputation and ability in the fields of trusts and estates and on the basis of having made substantial contributions to these fields through lecturing, writing, teaching and bar activities.

Davis works with clients ranging from business owners and multi-generational families to some of the region’s largest financial institutions, handling matters including estate and charitable planning, probate and trust administration, business succession planning and wealth preservation. She frequently represents financial institutions serving as corporate fiduciaries. She is a graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law.
