Greensfelder knows that not every situation requires a custom contract and helps clients leverage the appropriate form contract – AIA, AGC, DBIA, or EJCDC – and modify it to fit the particular needs, firmly protecting the client project.

Once the documents are signed, many are forgotten until something goes wrong and some may not be aware of the advantages associated with actively administering contracts along the way.  A project is best served when all project personnel know their rights and responsibilities. Greensfelder helps by establishing administrative procedures designed to provide ongoing education for key personnel.
