Compensation & Benefits
The starting salary for new law school graduates joining our St. Louis office as associates is $140,000 annually. Additionally, a $4,000 stipend is paid to each new law school graduate joining our firm to assist with expenses after graduation and while studying for the Missouri Bar exam. We pay Missouri Bar exam application fees and BarBri review course fees for our new associates. We also pay for the Illinois Bar exam application fees and travel expenses.
