Mr. Wittenberg practices in the areas of general business, tax and estate planning. Mr. Wittenberg received his B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame in 1960 and his J.D. from Washington University in 1963 and has been a member of the firm since 1965.
Mr. Wittenberg is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Missouri Bar (Probate and Estate Planning Sections), and the American Bar Association (Taxation, Business Law and Probate and Real Property Sections). Mr. Wittenberg served as a member of the Missouri Bar-Sub-Committee on revision of the Missouri Trust Law.
