Mr. Garozzo is an Officer in the Corporate Practice Group. He also is a member of the Firm’s Board of Directors. Mr. Garozzo represents clients in the areas of Mergers & Acquisition, Corporate Finance and Securities.

Mr. Garozzo has extensive experience in the financial, tax, accounting and business law related aspects of any M & A and corporate finance transaction, and has represented clients in numerous transactions throughout the United States and in several foreign countries. He serves as general counsel and special transaction counsel for both publicly traded and closely held business organizations. His expertise allows him to provide the utmost in quality client service while focusing on the client’s financial and business goals and specific needs.

Mr. Garozzo also has extensive experience in public-private partnership financing through the use of various economic development tools and other public incentives. These include the use of Tax Increment Financing in various real estate developments, together with the creation and use of Transportation Development Districts, Community Improvement Districts and Chapter 353 and Chapter 100 tax abatement for real estate and personal property.
