Mr. Ring is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group. Mr. Ring concentrates his practice in representing clients in corporate and general business matters including mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, private financing, distribution, supply and licensing, business succession planning and structuring business entities.
Mr. Ring also advises clients in various aspects of public financing including Tax Increment Financing and the establishment and maintenance of Transportation Development Districts and Community Improvement Districts.
In connection with his practice, Mr. Ring serves as counsel to numerous manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, service providers, real estate developers, property managers and physician practice groups.
