Ms. Baldwin is an Immigration attorney concentrating in the area of employment-based immigration law. For more than a decade, she has worked with clients to aggressively pursue temporary and permanent employment based immigration solutions.
Ms. Baldwin provides immigration services to corporations, universities, hospitals, and other organizations, as well as, individuals nationwide. Ms. Baldwin specializes in obtaining immigration status for foreign nationals seeking employment in the U.S. in the fields of health care, business, high tech, education, engineering, and other professions. She also works with companies seeking seasonal workers.
Ms. Baldwin also provides advice and guidance to business clients as they address their employment eligibility verification obligations. She works with those clients to evaluate strategies and to develop processes for addressing the issues involved with verification and compliance.
Prior to joining Greensfelder, Ms. Baldwin was a solo practitioner for 5 years. She also previously worked for another area law firm.
