Mr. Lewin is an Officer of the Corporate Practice Group. Mr. Lewin’s practice is focused on the representation of closely-held businesses and their owners from entity formation through the life of the enterprise, including mergers and acquisitions, contractual arrangements, business and succession planning, financings, governance and general business matters. Mr. Lewin has extensive experience in the structuring of new enterprises as corporations, limited liability companies or partnerships. Mr. Lewin has represented businesses in numerous securities and corporate finance matters, including the structuring and preparation of various types of securities offerings. Mr. Lewin represented both franchisors and franchisees in preparing and negotiating franchise agreements and franchise disclosure documentation. He also has experience in representing charitable, educational and other non-profit organizations.
