Theodore (Ted) Agniel is an Officer in the Litigation Practice Group with more than 20 years experience in state and federal trial and appellate work. He has represented clients in the defense of lawsuits involving medical negligence, product liability, commercial trucking and transportation, insurance coverage, subrogation issues, and asbestos litigation.
Mr. Agniel has tried numerous cases to conclusion. One of his defense verdicts was listed in the top 20 defense verdicts by the Missouri Lawyers Weekly. Mr. Agniel is frequently invited to lecture on topics involving litigation, evidence, insurance issues, and the ethics of personal injury litigation.
