Greensfelder devotes considerable resources to technology, constantly updating and maintaining our research, communications, billing, and practice resources. Our goal is to provide each attorney with technology support in a manner that will enable him or her to serve our clients in the most efficient and productive manner possible.
Each attorney’s desktop includes integrated word processing and document management, high speed Internet access, email, a wide variety of electronic library resources (both on-line and server-based), electronic billing, and a number of other practice support applications, including, where applicable, litigation support software, document assembly applications, and PDA support.
Client service is what we provide, and in order to do so our resources must be highly available and stable. We have an extraordinary “up-time” record for our network, experiencing less than 24 hours in unscheduled “down-time” since 1994. Our attention to availability and stability enables us to meet our client service goals.
Attorneys are able to access our resources remotely, whether from home or while traveling, through a variety of technologies, including high speed Internet access, direct telephone connections, electronic subscriptions, and secure portals through this Web Site.
