Ms. Allen is the Firm’s Director of Administration & Human Resources. Ms. Allen is responsible for managing the Firm’s human resources and benefits including staffing, supervision, recruiting, orientation, compensation, performance management and benefits administration. Additional responsibilities include: retention strategies, succession planning, policy development and space planning.
 
Ms. Allen had previous law firm experience at Husch & Eppenberger, d/b/a Husch Blackwell and at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago. She also spent three years as an Industrial Relations Manager at Wolverine World Wide, Inc.
