Sarah Allen is the firm’s director of administration and human resources. She is responsible for managing the firm’s human resources and benefits including staffing, supervision, recruiting, orientation, compensation, performance management and benefits administration. Additional responsibilities include retention strategies, succession planning, policy development and space planning.
Sarah had previous law firm experience at Husch & Eppenberger (now Husch Blackwell) and at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago. She also spent three years as an industrial relations manager at Wolverine World Wide, Inc.
