Mr. Sweeney concentrates his practice in corporate and finance transactional matters, principally in mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, securities, joint ventures, and the representation of entrepreneurs and start-up companies.
Mr. Sweeney has extensive experience providing counsel to middle market companies in a broad range of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, retail, apparel, software, healthcare, energy, real estate and construction.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sweeney served as a corporate associate at a Midwest law firm and served as in-house corporate counsel for a private equity-sponsored company in the apparel industry.
