Lucie Huger is an Officer in the Health Care and the Educational, Religious & Tax Exempt Organizations Practice Groups. Ms. Huger has extensive experience advising non-profit clients on a broad range of issues including corporate formation and governance, tax-exemption, lobbying and political activities, and other matters including contract negotiations and review. Ms. Huger has worked with health care, religious, and educational institutions.
