Lizabeth (Beth) Conran is an Officer in the Litigation Practice Group where she represents clients in general civil and complex commercial litigation as well as antitrust, environmental, and securities matters. She handles antitrust and trade regulation, defending claims against oil companies for alleged unlawful motor fuel pricing practices and unlawful deed restrictions associated with the sale of gasoline stations. Ms. Conran’s environmental litigation experience is focused primarily on representing oil and gas/energy companies against claims involving common law theories and regulations that are brought by governmental entities and private parties relating to underground storage tanks and pipeline leaks. She also has significant experience representing financial institutions and investment professionals in securities arbitrations before the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in connection with claims such as breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, suitability, churning, negligent supervision, and statutory claims.
