The attorneys in Greensfelder’s Litigation Practice Group are devoted to the aggressive representation of corporations and individuals involved in commercial, business, and complex tort litigation. Our attorneys routinely appear in the various state and federal courts throughout the Midwest and represent many clients nationally. With its two offices located in the St. Louis metropolitan area, the Firm’s litigation attorneys have years of experience successfully representing clients in the challenging venues of St. Louis City, and Madison and St. Clair counties in Illinois. We make every effort to keep staffing on cases consistent and at a minimum necessary for the type of matter being handled. We work closely with clients in helping manage our shared expectations and objectives from the litigation against the reality of budgetary concerns.

The litigation experience of the Firm spans virtually all major areas of business and complex tort litigation, including antitrust and trade regulation, appellate, constitutional law, class actions, employment discrimination, environmental and toxic tort, First Amendment and media, franchise and distribution, insurance coverage and risk management, intellectual property, medical malpractice, product liability, real estate, securities, and white collar crime and regulatory compliance.

Our attorneys are skilled in the representation of clients before judges, juries, administrative agencies, mediators and arbitrators, and frequently handle class action and multi-party litigation. The attorneys within our Practice Group have varied backgrounds and experiences. Some have been with the Firm since their graduation from law school, while others have come to Greensfelder after serving as federal judicial clerks, federal and state prosecutors, or with other law firms. Our attorneys are members of various groups and bar associations, legal organizations, federal and state court committees, and industry and trade groups.
