Ms. Krebs Al-Shathir is an Associate in the Employee Benefits Practice Group and Tax Practice Group. She assists clients with a variety of employee benefits issues involving qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare arrangements, cafeteria plans, and executive compensation. Ms. Al-Shathir's practice also includes providing business tax planning advice and representing clients in Internal Revenue Service matters. Ms. Al-Shathir earned a Certificate in Tax from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2003.
