Mr. Duckworth is the Managing Officer of the Chicago Office and a member of the Litigation Practice Group where he represents businesses in the areas of commercial litigation, class action defense, business to business disputes, trademark, consumer concerns, financial disputes, product liability and tort matters, and employment matters. Mr. Duckworth has extensive international experience having represented the former President of a country in litigation. His experience includes representation of major pharmaceutical manufacturers, petroleum companies, life insurance, telecommunications, consumer goods, farm and construction equipment manufacturers, financial, consumer manufacturers and retail manufacturers.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Duckworth was a partner at two of Chicago’s largest corporate law firms. Mr. Duckworth has handled matters on a national basis, and also served as regional and statewide counsel to a number of Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Duckworth has Multi District Litigation experience. In addition, Mr. Duckworth has substantial First-Chair litigation experience having tried cases to verdict in Federal and State courts.
