Mr. Lowery is Of Counsel in the Corporate Practice Group. Mr. Lowery represents clients in the areas of corporate law, general business and tax with particular emphasis in the representation of closely held corporations.

Mr. Lowery has represented numerous clients in regard to merger and acquisition transactions, executive compensation and succession planning for closely held businesses. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
