Ms. Horrom is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group. Jennifer assists small and middle market businesses with a broad range of legal and business issues, including: business planning and formation, contractual issues, shareholder relations, financing issues, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Horrom also represents clients in consultation and negotiation in connection with the planning, drafting and closing of transactions related to the following types of agreements: franchise disclosure documents, franchise agreements, multi-unit development agreements, subfranchisor agreements, area development agreements and distribution and supply agreements.
