Mr. Leontsinis is an Officer in the Corporate Practice Group. Mr. Leontsinis represents clients in the areas of general business, tax and real estate representing a broad range of businesses, both publicly and privately owned. In the course of these representations, his practice has included mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale of businesses, shareholder agreements, financing arrangements, tax planning and general business contracts in both domestic and multinational environments. In international transactions, he has counseled foreign as well as domestic corporations and individuals for the past thirty years and has significant experience in the financing of foreign flag shipping operations.
Mr. Leontsinis has handled real estate transactions of various types and counsels with individuals on succession planning for their estates.
