Mr. Reuter is an Officer in the Corporate Practice Group and a member of the Firm’s Board of Directors. Mr. Reuter’s practice includes extensive involvement in the areas of individual, corporate, partnership and exempt organizations with a concentration in corporate law, trust and estate planning. Mr. Reuter also practices in the areas of employee benefits, banking, federal and state taxation and franchise law.

Mr. Reuter is a Certified Public Accountant.
