Mr. Eickmeyer is an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group. He has represented employers and insurers before the Division of Workers' Compensation in both Missouri and Illinois. He has also successfully argued cases on appeal before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District and the Court of Appeals of Illinois, Southern District.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Eickmeyer served as in-house counsel for the largest household goods moving insurance carrier in the United States. He has successfully litigated cargo damage claims for household goods carriers throughout the country. He has also represented carriers before the American Arbitration Association.
