We provide training to clients on preventing harassment in the workplace. We perform internal investigations for employers facing complaints of unlawful harassment and discrimination. We counsel clients on employee discipline and termination. We advise clients on complying with federal and state laws prohibiting discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, laws on workplace safety, such as OSHA, laws concerning leaves of absence, such as the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and laws governing wages and hours, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and laws affecting down-sizing and plant closings.
