Elizabeth Nguyen is an Associate in the Litigation practice group. She represents clients in general civil and commercial litigation matters, including class action defense, deceptive trade practices and breach of contract actions. Ms. Nguyen has experience with higher education institutions on issues involving regulatory compliance. She is a contributing author for the American Bar Association's Business Torts Case Notes website.
Ms. Nguyen has experience with issues surrounding electronic discovery and document retention policies. She has advised clients on preserving documents in response to litigation. Ms. Nguyen recently attended a conference on electronic discovery and retention strategies.
While attending Saint Louis University School of Law, Ms. Nguyen served as a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistant, an editor for Saint Louis University Public Law Review, and as a faculty fellow.
Ms. Nguyen is fluent in Vietnamese.
