Mr. Chod is an Officer in the Corporate Practice Group. Mr. Chod represents clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, general business planning, real estate and corporate finance. Mr. Chod has represented both public and private companies and has advised clients in a variety of industries including the pharmaceutical and vitamin industries, real estate development, trucking, construction, food and beverage processing and manufacturing, computer software and retailing. Mr. Chod’s practice involves the negotiation and preparation of merger and acquisition documents, employment agreements and finance structuring on behalf of borrowers. He is also involved in all aspects of general business and corporate planning and organizational structuring.
Mr. Chod is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of CPA’s.
