Dayna Johnson is an Officer in the Litigation Practice Group.  She has litigated cases before federal and state courts involving a wide range of industries and practice areas, including product liability, mass toxic tort, premises liability, personal injury litigation and insurance coverage issues.  She has experience overseeing and managing mass toxic tort litigation involving various industries, including petroleum, asbestos, and benzene.  Her practice also extends to successfully representing clients before arbitration panels and in mediation proceedings. 
 
Ms. Johnson has considerable trial experience at all levels.  She has tried numerous cases to verdict in Illinois and Missouri and briefed and argued appeals before the Illinois Supreme Court and Illinois Appellate Court.

  • Tried to verdict premises liability, construction, and insurance coverage cases in Madison, Bond, Green, Marion and St. Clair Counties in Illinois.
  • Tried to verdict premises liability and construction cases in St. Louis City and St. Charles County, Missouri.
  • Mass toxic tort trials in Madison, Cook and Peoria Counties in Illinois.
  • Numerous arbitrations and medications, including AAA, USA & M,  and Madison and St. Clair Counties Mandatory Arbitrations. 
  • Arbitrator the St. Clair and Madison County Mandatory Arbitration programs.
