Our compensation and benefits packages for lateral hire attorneys are very competitive in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area.
As a reference, the starting salary for new law school graduates joining our St. Louis office as associates is $100,000 annually. Additionally, a $4,000 stipend is paid to each new law school graduate who will be joining our firm as a new associate in order to assist with expenses following graduation and while studying for the Missouri Bar Exam. We pay the Missouri Bar Exam application fees and BarBri review course fees for our new associates. We also pay for the Illinois Bar Exam application fees and travel expenses.
For lateral attorneys, compensation is competitive and determined based on levels of experience and a variety of other factors.
