Andrew (Andy) Voss is an Officer in the Litigation Practice Group where he represents clients in the areas of general civil and commercial litigation, including toxic torts, product liability, construction, and electronic discovery. He has substantial experience overseeing and managing mass toxic tort litigation, specifically, the defense of asbestos lawsuits. Additionally, Mr. Voss represents manufacturers and retailers in all areas of product liability matters. He represents contractors, owners and design professionals in a wide variety of construction matters. Finally, Mr. Voss is experienced in the use of computer technology and in organizing defense materials and navigating the issues associated with electronic discovery.
Mr. Voss’ litigation practice extends to complex issue and multiple party litigation at the state and federal level and in the alternative dispute resolution forum. He has extensive court experience throughout Illinois and Eastern Missouri.
